Dear Isam,
I am happy to write this belated review to commend your professionalism and quality of your work more than a decade after completing the renovation of my Jamaica Plain house. I was truly impressed by your commitment to your customers, work ethics and integrity.
I hired Boston Contractors & Developers, LLC. When they started it was dump with slanted floors, it became a wonderful place with hardwood floors where I entertained guests for years. The quality of work they delivered and timeliness was impeccable. I would recommend him without any hesitation based on my experience. Yet, what he did for me a decade after project completion, demonstrated his dedication, honesty and ethics beyond any expectations. In 2015, to complete the sale of my house, we found out that the building permit was never closed by City of Boston despite all inspections and signatures being complete, this could have been a deal breaker. It was clearly the fault of the Building Department. Out of desperation, I reached out to Isam, his response was incredible, he took it upon himself to go to Building Department office, follow up and close a ten-plus year old permit. His pride in his work and willingness to help a customer was beyond any stretch of imagination.
He not only runs a company great for any construction project, but he is trustworthy and reliable.

“From estimate to final walk-thru…totally professional”

I saw Boston Contractors & Developers redeveloping a business property next door. Every project was done well and the workers were professional and efficient. So when I needed an estimate for renovating my old home from water damage, I asked Isam at Boston Contractors & Developers if he could help or refer someone. It was a tricky job thanks to ceiling beams that had to be preserved.
Within a day, Isam on site and the estimate was complete. It was in the range of the other estimates we got, but he had definitely anticipated problems that the others missed, so I chose Boston Contractors & Developers.
From estimate to final walk-thru, it was totally professional. The sub-trades were managed like clockwork. The workers were clean, well-equipped, punctual, polite and respectful. Not a drop anywhere. The work was excellent and the ceilings looks great.
Our insurance company was a nightmare, and Isam even helped us deal with them. Great advice all along the way.
I’ve already referred family members to Boston Contractors & Developers for work, they’re pleased, too. It can be tough finding a contractor who does such a wide variety of jobs well – inside/outside, commercial/residential, rough and finish-work – so I’ve already lined up several jobs and I will definitely work with Boston Contractors & Developers.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants professionalism, craftsmanship and value.

I contracted Boston Contractors & Developers, LLC to design-build a massive addition to my building.  Before hiring BCD I was dealing with various architects and contractors, the building was over designed and was not within my budget.  BCD proposal met my budget and expectations, I highly recommend them.  They showed up on time, did what they supposed to do. The place still looks beautiful, even the rugs are still so nice.
Anyone who has a construction project they can trust Boston Contractors & Developers and they will be completely satisfied.

Boston Contractors and Developers was the company responsible for the construction of a two story, 1500 sq.ft. residential addition for which I was the Architect. The carpenters worked daily through the extreme weather conditions in the winter of 1994 allowing them to complete their work on schedule. The quality of the workmanship was good and accomplished at a reasonable cost.

It has been a great pleasure having you and Boston Contractors do the renovations on our new home in Brookline. We very much appreciate the professional job and beautiful work which you and your crew have done. It was a relief to us to be able to move in within five weeks of buying the house, despite the extensive renovation work that was necessary. I can tell you that we were very pleased and satisfied with the work. You have obviously chosen skilled and responsible people for this job. I should note that there were many details that you added to the job at no additional cost that we had not considered.
In particular, I would like to thank and will recommend the carpenters and plasterers as well as the workmen who were responsible for installing the tilework in the kitchen, the “detailed” carpeting upstairs and the hardwood floor sanding and finishing. Paul and the other painters did a beautiful job throughout the house. My daughters are thrilled with their new “quarters”.
